TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended for medical oncologists, hematology-oncology fellows and other healthcare providers involved in the treatment of myelofibrosis.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Appraise available and emerging clinical trial findings with the use of momelotinib for myelofibrosis (MF), including in patients with disease-related anemia, and discern the role this agent may eventually have in disease management paradigms.
• Understand the mechanism of action of, available clinical research findings with and ongoing trials evaluating the novel BCL-XL/BCL-2 inhibitor navitoclax in combination with ruxolitinib for newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory MF.
• Consider the scientific justification for targeting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway in myeloproliferative disorders and appreciate published data with and ongoing studies investigating the potential role of parsaclisib for MF.
• Recall the biologic rationale for the design of ongoing clinical trials evaluating novel investigational agents and strategies for MF, and refer eligible patients for study participation.
